Jungle of Malaya by U-Joe Jungle of Malaya by U-Joe
Japanese soldiers of 25th Army move towards Singapore in late December, 1941.
Sorry, I'm too lazy to translate large enough 'cool story' about Malayan campaign.
If you wish, you may read the book 'Singapore. Der Fall einer Bastion' by Harry Thürk. I suspect, that English translation of this book doesn't exist, because the book is too anti-imperialistic. But you may pick any other book about good guys in cork helmets instead.

The British thought it was impossible to attack Singapore through the jungle, so they fortified it against attack from the sea but not from the rear...so the Japanese attacked from the rear, through the jungle. Give the Japanese credit, they did their homework when they decided to go to war, and it paid off big time for them at Singapore.

Heh, it's quite normal, I think. I wonder, why the nearest soldier is too calm despite all those creatures around. ^^'
